Hostomel on April 8th, 2022. The Antonov An-225 Mrija, the largest aircraft in the world, was destroyed in its hangar during the battle. The attack by Russian troops launched on 24 February 2022 has almost completely destroyed the Antonov airport. Februar 2022 gestarteten Angriff russischer Truppen ist der Antonow-Flughafen fast vollständig zerstört.
